We built Starboy's Pizzeria around one obsession: great brick-oven pizza. Our deck ovens reach temperatures that produce the kind of blistered, charred crust you just can't get from a conveyor. We use San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and locally sourced Dallas proteins because ingredients matter. Every pie is built from scratch, fired to order, and handed to you hot.

We're proud to be part of Food Nation Cinco Cocinas, the food hall created by Dallas legend Mico Rodriguez — the man behind Mi Cocina. Located at 4711 Maple Ave in Oak Lawn, the hall is a true Dallas destination: great food, Bar Mico cocktails, live music, and a patio that makes you want to stay all night. We fit right in.
